Cancellation

If you must withdraw from class, requests for withdrawal can be submitted through the form below by 5 pm the business day before the second class date.

You will be charged a 10% administration fee for processing your cancellation. This administration fee is determined by the full cost of the program, not based on your deposit or any discounted rate you may have received.  Any class materials you received must be returned in good condition to your instructor, or mailed at your expense, within 10 days of your notification to cancel. Refunds will not be processed until materials have been received. If you paid by check or cash please allow a minimum of 30 days to receive your refund check. If you paid by credit card please allow 5 business days after receipt of your materials to credit your account.

Please note that all financial transactions are completed at the end of an MBSR class cycle and do not transfer to a future cycle. If you wish to enroll in a future cycle, you will be required to pay the entire fee. Class fees are subject to change without notice; however, they will not change within any given cycle.
