MBSR Continuation Classes

We are pleased to offer continuation classes for people who have completed the Foundations program. We are aware that it can be difficult to find the time, motivation and support to continue what you have learned after the class is over, so we offer several opportunities to maintain your mindfulness practice.

Continuation classes are open to graduates of the Duke MBSR programs. Graduates of other programs are also welcome to attend, provided they check in with one of our instructors before attending. This ensures that everyone is "on the same page." Individuals with little or no meditation experience should first attend one of our Foundations programs or seek another class.
